Management Story: Different Destiny of Three Birds

You have a great destiny, and you have the right to create miracles. Don't be content with small things. You can have the whole, so don't be satisfied with small things, such as a certificate, a medal or a degree. Never be satisfied with the status quo. The farther you go, the more you will see!

Once upon a time, there were three birds. They were born and grew up together. When their wings were full, they looked for a place to start a family.

They flew over many high mountains, rivers and jungles to a small hill. A bird fell on a tree and said, "It's so nice and high here. You see, the flocks of chickens, ducks, cattle and sheep, and even the famous Qianlima are looking up to me with envy. We should be satisfied to live here." It decided to stay here and not fly forward.

The other two birds shook their heads in disappointment and said, "Since you are satisfied, please stay here. We want to go to a higher place to see."

The two birds continued to fly, their wings became stronger, and finally flew to the colorful Ya beautiful clouds. One of them was so intoxicated that he could not help singing. He said proudly, "I don't want to fly any more. To fly to the cloud in my life is the greatest achievement. Don't you think it's already great?"

The other bird said sadly, "No, I firmly believe that there must be a higher realm. Unfortunately, now I can only pursue it alone."

After saying that, it fluttered and flew to the sky, to the sun, persistently

Finally, the birds that fall on the trees become sparrows, the ones that stay in the clouds become geese, and the ones that fly to the sun become eagles.

Why are the fortunes of sparrows, geese and eagles different?

Enlightenment: A very clear answer is that they have different requirements for themselves. The sparrow is satisfied with the treetops, so its world is only a few feet high; The wild goose is satisfied with the clouds, so it can never fly out of the winding layers of clouds; The eagle pursues unremittingly and strives for the highest, so its world is as wide as the universe.

The different life pursuits of the three birds are just similar to those of the three people in the enterprise.

The first kind of people are like sparrows.

The same starting point as others, but flying the lowest. This is because, in the process of their work, they are always satisfied with "almost enough". They do not do their job well and find excuses everywhere. Procrastination, tiredness and dereliction of responsibility have become their habits. Finally, they can only become "rotten apples" in the enterprise and be kicked out by the enterprise.

If such employees want to continue to have a foothold in the workplace, they must change their work concept, correct their work attitude, "raise" their goals and work hard. Only in this way can they reverse the adverse situation in the workplace and win the first opportunity for development.

The second kind of people are like geese.

They were full of disdain and regret for the sparrow's "treetop height", so they chose to continue to fly high, but only limited to the colorful clouds on the surface. Although these people are diligent and can complete their tasks as far as possible, they are easy to be satisfied with the status quo and lose their initiative. In the end, they can only become mediocre employees, always on the edge of being eliminated. Once they relax, they may be "kicked out" by the enterprise like "sparrows".

If such employees want to avoid the misfortune of being eliminated, they must actively improve their working methods from now on, establish higher work requirements, be dutiful, loyal and dedicated, actively recharge, and become evergreen trees in the workplace.

The third kind of people are like eagles.

The eagle has a lofty ambition. Its goal is the sky, the sun and the endless height. Therefore, only the eagle can fly to the highest and see farther. Such employees are the most needed people in the enterprise - competent employees.

They are conscientious and take work as their faith in life; They are spontaneous and never exceed the boss's expectations; They work well and have the most perfect execution; They pursue "meritorious service" and try to get the results back; They strive for perfection and make themselves irreplaceable; They work efficiently and are busy with ideas; They are good at thinking and work with thinking; They are the most popular people in the enterprise with high goals and pursuit of the best in everything.
